Response to COVID-19

As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our teammates, our clients, and our community we recognize that it is vital for us to continue to provide our services in order to promote the continued success of our clients, to provide income for our teammates, and to work with our community to help alleviate any financial concerns that they may be experiencing during this difficult time.

To ensure the health and safety of our team we have instituted remote work for all employees that have the practical ability to work from home. Additionally, we will adhere to social distancing requirements by separating all employee workspaces by a minimum of 6 feet for those teammates that remain working on premises. To help reduce the spread of the virus we have closed our office to deliveries and to patients until further notice. Our team has access to hand sanitizer stations located throughout our facility placed in common and accessible areas.

To serve our clients that remain open we will continue to provide our services during an abbreviated timeframe. Our offices and customer support phone lines will be open from 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday, and our courier service will be limited to 2 days a week withpreview a maximum of 1 stop per client per week. We encourage our clients to send us their work through standard post or through a secure online messaging platform in order to reduce the amount of contact between individuals. Our insurance billing service and payment posting operation will continue as normal during our time frame.

In order to alleviate some of the financial burden currently on our community we will be temporarily suspending the mailing of patient statements. We don’t want anybody to worry about the financial impact of their healthcare during this difficult time. It is our responsibility to our community to help reduce the financial stress of the families and individuals that need care.
